Welcome to Endless 18 LLC, an indoor golf simulator located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. By using our services, booking our facilities, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

General Information

• Endless 18 LLC provides golf simulation services, including indoor golf simulators, practice areas, and related services.
• These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and facilities.

Booking and Reservations

• All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or at the front desk.
• Reservations are required for simulator use and are subject to availability.
• A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

Fees and Payments

• Fees are as outlined on our website and may vary depending on time of day, day of the week, and length of rental.
• Payments are due at the time of booking or upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.

Use of Golf Simulators

• All users must follow Endless 18 LLC guidelines for safe and appropriate simulator use.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
• You may use provided clubs and equipment or bring your own. Check with staff about club restrictions.

Conduct and Behavior

• Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.
• Alcohol is allowed in accordance with New Jersey law. Intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Damage to property caused by inappropriate behavior is the responsibility of the user.

Liability Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge inherent risks associated with golf simulators, including physical injury, and assume full responsibility. You release Endless 18 LLC, its employees, and agents from liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss.

Health and Safety

• Follow any health and safety protocols in place at the time of your visit.
• If you are feeling ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19, please refrain from visiting.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition could affect safety.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are subject to mediation or binding arbitration under New Jersey law.
