Effective Date: November 20, 2024 Welcome to Endless 18 LLC, an indoor golf simulator located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. By using our services, booking our facilities, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

General Information

Endless 18 LLC provides golf simulation services, including the use of indoor golf simulators, practice areas, and related services.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and facilities, and by using our services, you agree to comply with them.

Booking and Reservations

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or at the front desk.
Reservations are required for simulator use, and are subject to availability.
A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

Fees and Payments

Fees are as outlined on our website and may vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and length of rental.
Payments are due at the time of booking or upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.

Use of Golf Simulators

All users must follow the guidelines provided by Endless 18 LLC for the safe and appropriate use of the golf simulators.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult to use the simulators.
The use of clubs and equipment is permitted, but you may also bring your own clubs. We recommend checking with staff if there are specific restrictions on club types.

Conduct and Behavior

Users must behave respectfully towards others and our staff. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in accordance with New Jersey state laws. However, intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Any damages to property (e.g., simulator screens, furniture, equipment) caused by inappropriate behavior will be the responsibility of the user.

Liability Waiver and Release

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with using golf simulators, including, but not limited to, physical injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
You release Endless 18 LLC, its employees, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur while using our services or facilities.

Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store personal information provided during the booking process, such as name, email, phone number, and payment details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Health and Safety Guidelines

All users must adhere to any health and safety protocols in place at the time of their visit, including wearing masks or practicing social distancing if required by local or state law.
If you are feeling ill, have recently been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing any symptoms, please refrain from visiting the facility.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be in a state that could affect their safety or the safety of others.
